To raise the profile of one of the pioneers of the British Black Arts Movement, Spike Island, Nottingham Contemporary and Modern Art Oxford are running concurrent presentations of Lubaina Himid’s work from January 2017. In London, Danish artist Joachim Koester takes over the whole of Camden Arts Centre with an immersive installation that spans the last 12 years of his practice.
