Tour — Manchester International Festival 2011

Join us for a tour featuring some of the highlights of the visual arts programme at this year’s Manchester International Festival, including: John Gerrard’s compelling new piece Infinite Freedom Exercise (near Abadan, Iran) which will be screened in Lincoln Square; 11 Rooms at Manchester Art Gallery where 11 artists, including John Baldessari, have been invited to create new durational work for a series of specially-created spaces; and the world premiere of a new film (1395 Days without Red) at The Whitworth by artists Šejla Kamerić and Anri Sala.

 

Membership
This event is part of a series of events programmed by the Contemporary Art Society in the North West. Membership costs £50 per year / £25 for students.
