The Manchester Contemporary 2010 Private View & Tours

North East Members are invited to travel to Manchester for any of the special talks and events programme organised by the Contemporary Art Society and Arts & Business.

Running concurrently with Buy Art Fair, The Manchester Contemporary is a platform for critically-engaged contemporary art. Curated by Paulette Terry Brien and Laurence Lane (co-Directors of The International 3), this year’s event will feature commercial galleries including London-based Seventeen and Arcade, Liverpool’s Ceri Hand Gallery, Workplace in Gateshead and WORKS|PROJECTS from Bristol. To coincide with The Manchester Contemporary, the Contemporary Art Society and Arts & Business have organised a talks and events programme for those who are keen to start or continue their interest in collecting contemporary art. Members will be given exclusive access to this programme.
