Private Collection Visit - The Evans Collection
Journalist Roger Evans has been collecting artwork for the past 25 years. Living in a one-bedroom flat off Brick Lane, his home is crammed with more than 250 works, with at least another 1,000 in storage.
Roger collects on a limited budget, buying small-scale works from young artists, with the aim of supporting their early stages of practice.
Collector members are invited to join us for the opportunity to meet Roger and view a selection of works at his home, including pieces by Charles Avery, Matt Calderwood, Gordon Cheung, Merlin James and George Shaw.
