Artist Talk — Ant Macari in conversation with Alistair Robinson

Ant Macari was one of only a few British artists to be selected by the New Museum, New York as one of the most promising young artists worldwide for their Younger Than Jesus publication, which expanded upon the exhibition of the same name.

Following a solo show at BALTIC and a performance at Tate Modern, Macari’s drawings, prints and installations are being presented in Sunderland this spring as the culmination of a half-year residency at The Northern Gallery for Contemporary Art. This exhibition includes his recent series of lithographs produced with Hole Editions.
