Directors Talk: Michael Fullerton at Chisenhale Gallery

Join Paul Hobson, Director of the Contemporary Art Society, for a private tour of Columbia, the major solo exhibition of acclaimed Scottish artist, Michael Fullerton.

London-based Fullerton is much admired for his portraits, inspired by Gainsborough, of subjects who embody political commitment or represent strong ideological positions.

Columbia comprises of a new series of sculptures, paintings, wall-mounted screen prints and moving image works and examine a range of themes including intelligence systems, the power of aesthetics and the private and public histories of political intrigue.
