Building on their over 20-year engagement with contemporary art, Beck’s Fusions brings leading musicians and artists together to create electric collaborations and one-off performances.
Contemporary Art Society were in 2008 the Beck’s arts partner, curating a massive programme of live art, creative interventions and commissions of new work for the annual Fusions events.
In 2007 it was a weekend to remember at Manchester’s Castlefield Arena, where over three days we presented the work of more than 60 local and international artists. From Walker & Bromwich’s spectacular Love Parade to Bob & Roberta Smith’s Make Your Own Damn Art, there was something for everyone to discover.
